Marcella Missirian
Marcella (she/her) is a Director of Product Design currently consulting. Previously, she led teams at Blizzard, Amazon, IDEO, Whole Foods, State of California, City National Bank and many others.
She is a senior product design leader focused on delivering solutions to drive measurable business results through impactful servant executive leadership, lead with a player-coach mindset - balancing contribution and coaching, to create the conditions for others to succeed.​
She places people above ego, clarity above control, collaboration above command.
